POS Set Up Process

Back Office Initial Set Up Process

1.User Name and Password

  • Please log in to you’re back office
  • Username: admin
  • Password: Bitpos2023!

2.Company set up - this is a process where you input details of your business.

3.User Account Set up - This is where you create a user account for your system. It can be for your POS Cashier, manager and many more

4.Items / Inventory Encoding

A.Items - the process of encoding your Item / SKU’s

DIRECT ITEM Creation - This set up is where you directly input the finish Dish (No Automated Ingredients Deduction)

3.Sales Pricing - this is where you input the selling price of your Product

Basic Cashiering Process:

1. Searching of Items - the process of punching or searching an item in the POS Cashiering Side

2.Selling process - the process of tendering or selling in the POS Cashiering side

3.Removed - Removing of item punched / scanned that is not yet paid

4.Returns - returns of product for replacement and exchanges

5.Cash Count - Cashier cash declaration at the beginning and end of the shift

6.Changing of Item quantity
