PURCHASED CATEGORY

A Purchased Category encompasses all products that the company or business acquires from suppliers.

Step 1 : Log in to your Back office

  • Input your User name and Password
  • Then Click Log in
  • Select Items /Inventory

Step 2: Click Item Categories


Step 3: Input the necessary details

  • Select "Purchased" from Item Type'''
  • Important: The default setting is "Manufactured." Ensure you select "Purchased" before proceeding. If you input the category name first, it will be reset.
  • Input a Category Name'''
  • Enter the desired category name, such as "Drinks."
  • Choose a Category from the Type'''
  • Select the appropriate category from the provided options.
  • Add the New Category'''
  • Click "Add New" to save the category.
