Features
Tables/Slots

Selling Process

Discounts
The discount process involves applying various reductions to the original price of goods or services. Senior discounts are given to individuals aged 60 and above, usually verified with a valid ID, and involve a specific percentage off the total or eligible items. Item-specific discounts reduce the price of selected items based on promotions or store policies. PWD (Persons with Disabilities) discounts are similar to senior discounts, requiring verification of disability status and applying a set percentage discount. To calculate the total sales discount, all applicable discounts are subtracted from the original price to determine the final amount payable by the customer. Voiding & Removing
In our mOT application, voiding and removal is the process used to handle transactions that need to be canceled or items that were incorrectly entered or no longer desired. Voiding transactions completely cancels the entire sale, while item removal allows specific items to be taken off the transaction due to errors or changes in the customer's decision.
