Food Businesses with a barcode require manually inputting the barcode. However, if there is no barcode, one must be generated in the back office guarantee precise stock control, quick checkouts, correct pricing, detailed sales insights, reduced theft, and comprehensive product information access.
- Step 1: Log in to your back office
- Select Items/ Inventory
- Select Items

Step 2: Input the necessary details
- Barcode: Item with a barcode requires manually inputting the barcode. However, if there is no barcode, you must click the Generate Barcode
- Name and Description: use the same text (e.g., Caramel Coffee Frapucchino).
Category: Food Business / Hot Coffee / Iced Coffee
- Item type: Purchased
- Units of measure: Piece / Serve
- Image File: For the insertion of Image File Click the Choose file then choose an image from your file manager then click the open then you are done.
