What is Replacement

The "Replacement" feature in the POS (Point of Sale) system facilitates the process of replacing items. This feature allows cashiers to handle exchanges where a customer returns a defective or unwanted item and receives a replacement item in return. The system ensures that the replacement is accurately recorded, adjusting inventory levels and updating the transaction history accordingly.

Step 1 : Log in to your POS Cashiering Interface Input your User name and Password Then Click Log in

Step 2: Based on the return amount you may replace an item it could be
a. Item with same amount
b. Item with bigger amount, but the customer must add cash for the excess amount
The return slip will be your reference of the replacement amount

Step 3: Punch the replacement Items
Then Select Item Set up
Under SNO/ IMEI/ MNO : Input "Replacement"
Then Tap OK

Step 4: Tender for Payment
Please refer to your returns slip
