Items is products or inventory stored in the storage area of a business, away from where customers shop. Staff in the back office manage these items, handling tasks like receiving new stock, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.

To edit and make changes to items, access your POS system or inventory management software and navigate to the item list, usually found under "Items," "Inventory," or "Products." Locate the specific item you wish to modify and select it. From here, you can update relevant details such as the item name and description. After making the necessary changes, save or update the item to ensure that the modifications are applied. This streamlined process helps maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
