FDC (FUEL DISPENSER CONTROLLER) CASHIERING PROCESS
The FDC (Fuel Dispenser Controller) cashiering process involves managing fuel dispensing and payments at fuel stations. Fueling start the cashier authorizes the pump for prepaid or postpaid transactions. Dispensing the pump tracks fuel volume and cost in real time. Payment customers pay before (prepaid) or after fueling (postpaid) using cash, card or digital methods. The FDC records transaction details, generates receipts, and applies discounts or loyalty points if applicable. At the end of a shift/day, cashiers reconcile payments with FDC records.
STEP 1: Go to your Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. | |
STEP 2: Enter your credentials (admin, username and password) to log in to the mOT. | ![]() |
STEP 3: Select any available table slot, or tap on the table slot where a customer has already placed an order. | ![]() |
STEP 4: Tap FDC. | ![]() |
STEP 5: Pump Section: The button labeled Pump 1 Ecotech LT-B Pro represents a specific fuel pump. This button acts as the main toggle for turning the pump ON or OFF. If it is green, the pump is operational or ready to dispense fuel. If it is not green, the pump is turned OFF. | ![]() |
STEP 6: Nozzle Section: There are individual nozzle buttons for different fuel type (e.g., Premium, Unleaded, Diesel). Each nozzle shows the fuel type is dispenses and the amount of fuel currently being dispensed (in liters). Currently, all nozzles display 0.0. liters, indicating no active fueling. | ![]() |
STEP 7: NOZZLE 1 Pump 1 PREMIUM: The right side of the physical dispenser shows the display for NOZZLE 1, which dispenses Premium fuel. The FDC interface (on the right) indicates the following: NOZZLE 1 Pump 1 Premium with a reading of 1.724 liters. This matches the 1.724 liters displayed on the physical dispenser's screen for NOZZLE 1. The other readings on the physical dispenser (e.g., price and total amount) correspond to this transaction. NOZZLE 2 Pump 1 UNLEADED: The left side of the physical dispenser shows the display for NOZZLE 2, which dispenses Unleaded fuel. NOZZLE 2 Pump 1 UNLEADED with a reading of 0.868 liters. This matches the 0.868 liters physical dispenser's screen for NOZZLE 2. | ![]() |

STEP 9: Tap the 3 lines icon then tap Tender Sales | ![]() |
STEP 10: If the total due is 100.00, you can easily tap the cash button below, which is in the red box. You can enter the Payment Value. | ![]() |

STEP 12: After tendering, the receipt will be printed to the printer. | ![]() |
NOTE: But it depends on the customer if they request a receipt. If the customer does not request a receipt, the transactions can be merge. Every time they refuel, simply press REFRESH so all transactions can be merge together. | ![]() |
