INDIVIDUAL SALES FDC FETCHING
Individual Sales FDC Fetching is the process of retrieving and tendering a single fueling transaction from the FDC, where each sale is handled and paid for individually, without merging multiple refuels.
- Step 1: Open the MOT (Mobile Order Taking) application on your device.

- Step 2: Log in with your credentials. Enter your Account Name and Password.
 |
- Step 3: Tap the Log In button
 |
- Step 4: Click OK button
 |
- Step 5: Tap on any available table slot if the customer is new.
 |
- Step 6: Tap on an existing table slot if the customer has already placed an order.
 |
- Step 7: Tap the FDC button on the screen.
 |
- Step 8: Press the BitPOS FDC Pump 1 button until it turns green.
 |
- Step 9: Confirm that the Pump is ON and ready to dispense fuel. If it is not green, the pump is turned OFF.
 |
- Step 10: Look at the Nozzle buttons and confirm they are also green.
 |
- Step 11: Check each Nozzle for its fuel type (e.g., Premium, Unleaded, Diesel).
 |
- Step 12: Check the liters displayed on each nozzle (e.g., 0.0 if not in use).
 |
- Step 13: Enter Amount on the Fuel Dispenser Controller (e.g., 80).
 |
- Step 14: Click START.
 |
- Step 15: Confirm the reading on the FDC screen matches the physical dispenser.
 |
- Step 16: Tap on the active nozzle (e.g., NOZZLE 2 Pump 1 Premium – 1.41 liters)
 |
- Step 17: Enter the amount paid in Payment Value by the customer (e.g., 100).
 |
- Step 18: Tap the OK button to confirm the payment
 |
- Step 19: The receipt will be printed.
