Merge Sales FDC Fetching




  • STEP 1: Open the MOT app.





  • STEP 2:  Log in with your credentials (admin, username, and password).





  • STEP 3:  Tap the Log in button





  • STEP 4: Tap an available table slot or the one with the customer’s previous fuel.





  • STEP 5: Tap on an existing table slot.





  • STEP 6: Tap the FDC button on the screen.





  • STEP 7: Press the BitPOS FDC Pump 1 button until it turns green.





  • STEP 8: Look at the Nozzle buttons and confirm they are also green.





  • STEP 9: Check each nozzle for its fuel type (e.g., Premium, Unleaded). Check the liters displayed on each nozzle (e.g., 0.0 if not in use).





  • STEP 10: Enter the Amount on the Fuel Dispenser Controller (e.g., 50). And Press START.







  • STEP 11: Confirm the reading on the FDC screen matches the physical dispenser.







  • STEP 12: When fueling is done, tap REFRESH to update the transaction.
  • The new fuel amount will be added to the previous amount.





  • STEP 13: If the customer fuels again, repeat Steps 10–12 (Amount → Start → Refresh).


  • Each time, the total will keep increasing.
  • Do not tender yet.

Example:

  • First fueling = 0.88 liters
  • Second fueling = 1.14 liters
  • Third fueling = 1.23 liters
  • After REFRESH, total = 3.25 liters





  • STEP 14: To settle all merged transactions: Press the blue button to see the total amount.





  • STEP 15: Enter the Payment Value paid by the customer.
You can either type the amount or tap one of the suggested values displayed.





  • STEP 16: Tap the OK button to confirm payment.





  • STEP 15: A receipt will be printed if the customer requests it.
