Waiter Process Taking of Orders




  • Step 1: Log In
  • Enter your assigned login credentials to access the system.





  • Step 2: Tap Log In Button
  • Confirm your credentials by tapping the Log In button.





  • Step 3: Click OK
  • Tap OK to proceed.





  • Step 4: Select Slots
  • Choose the available slot where the order will be recorded.





  • Step 5: Select Table
  • Identify and select the table number where the customer is seated.





  • Step 6: Select Add Item
  • Tap the Add Item button to begin placing the order.





  • Step 7: Choose Food or Drink Category
  • Browse and select the appropriate category (e.g., Food or Drinks).





  • Step 8: Click Item
  • Tap the desired item from the category list to add it to the order.






  • Step 9: Click OK
  • Confirm the selected item by tapping OK.





  • Step 10: Add Another Item (Optional)
  • If the customer requests additional items, repeat Steps 7–9.





  • Step 11: Click Back Arrow
  • Tap the back arrow to return to the order summary.





  • Step 12: View Added Items
  • Review the list of items you added to confirm the order is correct.
