MOT Salon Customer Payment

Salon Customer Payment is the process of recording and confirming a customer’s payment in the MOT App, which includes selecting the customer, reviewing the order, tagging the customer, and completing the transaction.



  • STEP 1: Open MOT App
  • This is the main system for handling salon services and payments.





  • STEP 2: Log in
  • Enter the admin credentials to access payment functions.





  • STEP 3: Click the table with the customer’s name
  • Select the correct customer whose bill you are about to process.





  • STEP 4: Click Orders
  • Review the customer’s list of services or items before payment.





  • STEP 5: Click the 3-lined button (Hamburger menu)
  • This opens additional options for the transaction.





  • STEP 6: Click Tag Customer
  • This step links the order directly to the customer.





  • STEP 7: Search the customer’s name
  • Type in the name to quickly find the correct record.





  • STEP 8: Click the customer’s name
  • Make sure you select the right person from the list.





  • STEP 9: Click Tag
  • This confirms the tagging process.





  • STEP 10: Click Okay
  • Finalize the customer tagging so it is saved.





  • STEP 11: Click the 3-lined button (Hamburger menu) again
  • Reopen the menu to proceed with payment.





  • STEP 12: Click Tender Sales
  • This is the section for processing payments.





  • STEP 13: Click Payment Type
  • Choose the method of payment the customer will use.





  • STEP 14: Click Cash
  • Select this option if the customer is paying in cash.





  • STEP 15: Enter payment value
  • Type the amount given by the customer.





  • STEP 16: Click OK
  • This completes the transaction and records the payment.
