What is Credit Notes?
Within the system's reporting functionality, "Print Credit Notes" is a feature that enables users to generate and print credit notes associated with specific customers. These credit notes serve as official records of returns or refunds issued to customers for returned goods or services. They function as receipts acknowledging the return transaction and can be used for accounting and documentation purposes.

Step 1: Go to back office
Select Reports Module
Select Print Credit Notes

Step 2: You may print your credit note receipt or you may email to your customer
