What is Void? This can only be done by BIR Registered type of POS System
The "Voiding" feature in the POS (Point of Sale) system is used to cancel an entire transaction, meaning all items in the purchase are returned. This process is typically employed when there is a need to completely reverse a sale, such as in the case of an error or a customer's decision to cancel their entire order. When a transaction is voided, it is as if the sale never occurred, and all items are returned to inventory.

Step 1 : Log in to your POS Cashiering Interface Input your User name and Password Then Click Log in

Step 2: Ask for the Official Receipt and refer to the sales invoice Number

Step 3: Select Void (CRTL + V) short key on the keyboard

Step 4: Input the number , then the reason of voiding then tap proceed
