Print Statements

What is Print Statements?

The Print Statement of Account feature provides a comprehensive summary of all financial transactions associated with a particular account. This is often used for customer accounts, detailing invoices, payments, credits, and other relevant financial activities over a specified time frame.


  • Step 1: Go to back office
  • Select Reports Module
  • Select Print Statement


Step 2: Filter the name of the Customer

  • Show Allocated: To see customer Payment in your Statement of Account
  • Email Customer: Optional
  • Prepared By: The name of the one who generate the SOA
  • Comments : Optional
  • Lastly , Click Display Print Statements
