CUSTOMER CREDIT NOTE (RETURNS)

The Customer Credit Note also referred to as a customer return of product, is a process where customers return items to the company. Upon return, these items are reintegrated into the company's inventory. If the customer hasn't made payment for the returned items, the value of the items is deducted from their total payables to the company. This process ensures accurate accounting for returned goods and adjusts the customer's outstanding balance accordingly.


  • STEP 1: Go to your Back office >> Select the Sales Module
  • STEP 2: Then Select Customer Credit Note


  • STEP 3: Input the necessary details: >> Tap Process Credit Note
