SERVICE CHARGE USING MOBILE ORDER TAKING (MOT)
The Service Charge feature in the software allows a business organization to augment the official total amount by adding a service charge. Follow the service charge steps below:
| STEP 1: Go to your Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. | |
| STEP 2: Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in to the Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. |  |
| STEP 3: Select any available table slot. |  |
| STEP 4: Tap In-Tindahan Order |  |
| STEP 5: Tap this icon + to add an item. |  |
| STEP 6: Select the item that the customer order. Tap OK |  |
| STEP 7: Tap Service Charge and input desired amount of percentage. |  |
| STEP 8: The 10% Service Charge will add up to the total Bill amount HOW TO SOLVE SERVICE CHARGE? STEP 1: From the total Bill amount Less Vat 12% Total Bill : Php 300.00 / 1.12 (VAT 12%) = Php 267.86 Step 2: From the Less vat Amount x Service Charge % Php 267.86 x 10% = 26.79 Step 3: Total Service Charge added to the total Bill Php 300.00 + 26.79 = Php 326.79 |  |
