RESERVATION SEARCH GUIDE USING MOBILE ORDER TAKING (MOT)
The purpose of the Reservation Search is to allow staff to quickly locate a customer's reservation or order by searching their name on a mobile device, reducing wait times and minimizing errors in processing, regardless of where the booking was made.
| STEP 1: Go to your Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. | |
| STEP 2: Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in to the Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. |  |
| STEP 3: Select any available table slot. |  |
| STEP 4: Tap the Reservation |  |
| STEP 5: Tap the 3 lines icon and tap the Search Reservation Name |  |
| STEP 6: Type the name and tap the Search |  |
| STEP 7: Tap the name |  |
| STEP 8: Then you can view the reservation along with the details. |  |
