REMOVE ITEM USING MOBILE ORDER TAKING (MOT) APPLICATION
The Remove Item in mobile order taking (MOT) allows users to delete unwanted items from an order using a mobile device. It ensures order accuracy and prevents customers from paying for items they don't want. This feature is crucial for flexibility and catering to customer preferences accurately.
STEP 1: Go to your Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application.
- Enter your credentials (account name, login and password) to log in to the Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application.

STEP 2: Tap Item to see the list of menu

STEP 3: Select the specific category, for Example: Iced Coffee
- Select the food product the customer wanted to order, Example: Ice Coffee Vanilla
- You may add more order based on your customer orders
STEP 4: For items that you punched , go back to the main page
 |
STEP 5: Select the item you want to remove and click the remove button below
 |
STEP 6: Automatically line item will not be part of the total bill
 |
