MOT READING METERED ITEM




STEP 1: Login to your account.




STEP 2: Open the Menu




STEP 3: Select Reading Metered Item




STEP 4: Click Create button




STEP 5: Click the Search Icon




STEP 6: Search the Name of the Fuel

  Example: Unleaded


  • Select the correct nozzle/pump
  Example: Pump 1 Nozzle 1 Unleaded





STEP 7: Input the Location of gasoline station





STEP 8: Input the Number of Liters at the Start Of Shift

  • Make sure to check the nozzle name before entering the liters.





STEP 9: Input Number Of Liters at the End Of Shift




STEP 10: Input the Name of the staff




STEP 11: Once all info is entered, click Okay.




STEP 12: Click Tally




READING METERED ITEM – COLUMN DESCRIPTIONS




Date created: The date and time when the record was made.




Item Code: Unique number for the type of fuel (example: Unleaded).




Start: The pump reading at the start of the staff’s shift (in liters).




End: The pump reading at the end of the shift (in liters).




Read Qty: Automatically counted liters pumped. Usually system-generated.




Sales Qty: How many liters were actually sold in the system.

  • If this is 0.0000, it means sales were not recorded.





Diff Qty: The difference between system reading and actual sales.

  • If red, there's a mismatch or error.
  • Always double-check the Start and End readings to avoid errors.






Description: Details of the pump and fuel type used (examlpe: Pump 1 Nozzle 1 Unleaded).





Location: Name of the gas station/store where this reading was made.




Created by: The account username used to enter the record. Usually set as admin.




Updated by: The person who last edited or updated the entry. Usually the cashier or supervisor.




Memo: The name of person who entered the record.
