MOT Processing of Reservation

Processing of reservation is the procedure of converting a confirmed booking into an order by adding items or services requested by the customer, ensuring accurate billing and service delivery.



  • STEP 1: Open the MOT App
  • Launch the application on your device.





  • STEP 2: Log in
  • Enter your admin credentials to access reservations.





  • STEP 3: Click the three-line (hamburger) button
  • Open the main menu.





  • STEP 4: Click Reservation Report
  • Access the list of all reservations.





  • STEP 5: Select the date of the reservation
  • Choose the booking date you want to process.





  • STEP 6: Click List
  • View all reservations for the chosen date.





  • STEP 7: Select the reservation of the customer
  • Tap the booking you want to process.





  • STEP 8: Click Create Order
  • Start processing the customer’s order.





  • STEP 9: Click Add Item
  • Begin adding services or products.





  • STEP 10: Select the type of service based on the category
  • Choose the correct category for the order.





  • STEP 11: Select Item
  • Pick the specific product or service requested.





  • STEP 12: Select Quantity
  • Indicate how many items are being ordered.





  • STEP 13: Click OK
  • Confirm and add the item.





  • STEP 14: Click the Back button
  • Return to the main order screen.





  • STEP 15: Verify the added item
  • Confirm that the item appears correctly in the order list.




  • Important Note: Always double-check the selected items, quantities, and services before confirming the order to avoid errors in billing and service delivery.
