KTV Cashiering – Open Time Process
- STEP 1: Open MOT App
- Launch the MOT application on your device.

- STEP 2: Log In
- Enter your admin credentials to access the system.

- STEP 3: Click + Item
- Tap the + Item button to add an Open Time KTV session.
 |
- STEP 4: Click Category
- Select the appropriate category (e.g., KTV Room).
 |
- STEP 5: Click Item (e.g., KTV – Open Time)
- Select the KTV package such as KTV (Open Time).
 |
- STEP 6: Edit Quantity
- Adjust quantity if needed (usually set to 1 for Open Time).
 |
- STEP 7: Click OK/Back
- Save the selected Open Time item and return to the transaction screen.
 |
- STEP 8: Open Time Session Starts
- The system begins timing the session continuously until manually stopped.
 |
- STEP 9: Click Tender
- Proceed to the payment screen.
 |
- STEP 10: Input Payment Value
- Enter the customer’s payment amount.
 |
- STEP 11: Click OK
- Finalize the transaction and confirm the payment.
 |
- STEP 12: Open Time Behavior
- Open Time does not use a countdown; it runs continuously until manually stopped.
- Once stopped or tendered, all KTV room functions will automatically turn off.
