mOT Hotel & Resort – Cashiering Process




  • STEP 1: Open MOT App
  • Launch the MOT application on your device.





  • STEP 2: Log In
  • Enter your admin credentials to access the system.





  • STEP 3: Click + Item
  • Tap the + Item button to add hotel or resort services.





  • STEP 4: Click Category
  • Select the appropriate category (e.g., Room Rental).





  • STEP 5: Click Item
  • Choose the specific item or service (e.g., Room Rental per day Fee).





  • STEP 6: Edit Quantity
  • Adjust the quantity if needed (e.g., number of nights).





  • STEP 7: Click OK/Back
  • Save the selected item and return to the transaction screen.





  • STEP 8: Click Tag Customer
  • Assign the transaction to a specific guest or walk-in customer.





  • STEP 9: Search Customer Name
  • Type the guest’s name and select from the results.





  • STEP 10: Click Customer Name
  • Choose the correct customer to tag it to the transaction.





  • STEP 11: Click Tag
  • Confirm tagging the guest to the transaction.





  • STEP 12: Click OK
  • Save the tagged customer to proceed with payment.





  • STEP 13: Click Tender
  • Go to the payment section to finalize the transaction.





  • STEP 14: Input Payment Value
  • Enter the payment amount provided by the guest.





  • STEP 15: Click OK
  • Finalize and complete the transaction.
