MBM Tables per Branch Color Identification

The MBM Tables per Branch Color Identification is a visual performance tracking system within the BitPOS MultiBranch Monitoring System. It assigns a specific color to each store (branch) based on its overall sales performance and growth stage. This method allows managers to instantly recognize how each branch is performing, making it easier to evaluate performance levels, identify areas that need improvement, and highlight branches that are excelling. By using color-coded indicators, managers can quickly interpret data without the need for lengthy reports, enabling faster and more strategic decision-making.

  • Main View: Color Identification per Branch
  • In the MBM dashboard, each branch (tindahan) is represented with a distinct color to indicate its current level of performance:

  • Green – High-Performing Store
  • This color signifies that the branch is excelling in terms of sales. A green indicator reflects strong customer demand, high revenue, and consistently positive results. These stores are considered benchmarks for success and may serve as models for other branches.

  • Yellow – Performing Store
  • A yellow indicator represents a stable branch with steady sales performance. While not at peak levels, the store is generating consistent revenue and maintaining a reliable customer base. These branches are performing well and should continue their current strategies, with potential for further growth if improvements are made.

  • Orange – Growth Stage Store
  • Orange highlights a branch that is in a promising stage of development. These stores are not yet at the level of high performers but are showing noticeable progress, increasing sales, and strong potential for expansion. With the right support and strategies, these branches can transition into top-performing stores.

  • Red – Under-performing Store
  • Red indicates that the branch is struggling in terms of sales and performance. These stores may have low customer traffic, poor revenue, or other operational challenges. They require immediate managerial attention, corrective action, and new strategies to improve performance and prevent further decline.
