List of Journal Entries




  • STEP 1: Log In to the Back Office
  • Access the Back Office using your admin credentials.

  • STEP 2: Click Reports
  • From the main menu, select Reports.

  • STEP 3: Click General Ledger
  • Select General Ledger from the reports list.

  • STEP 4: Click List of Journal Entries
  • Choose List of Journal Entries to view all accounting transactions.

  • STEP 5: Input Start Date and End Date
  • Select the reporting period you want to review.

  • STEP 6: Click Display
  • Click Display to generate the report.

  • STEP 7: View List of Journal Entries
  • The system will display all journal entries recorded within the selected period.

  • STEP 8: Parts of the List of Journal Entries
  • Print Out Date – Date and time the report was generated.
  • Fiscal Year – Accounting year covered by the report.
  • Company Name – Business or branch where the entries belong.
  • Type/Account – Transaction type or account code used.
  • Reference/Account Name – Transaction reference and affected account.
  • Date/Dim. – Date of the transaction.
  • Person/Item/Memo – Related person, item, or description.
  • Debit – Amount entered on the debit side.
  • Credit – Amount entered on the credit side.
