What is License Error?
A "License Error" is a common issue in the POS (Point of Sale) Cashiering system that typically arises from improper shutdowns or other uncontrollable factors such as power outages. This error can disrupt the normal functioning of the system, requiring attention to restore proper operation.

In this Set up we are going to discuss the first solution in fixing license error
Step 1: Close the POS Application

Step 2: Open your Back office Interface & Log in your account

Step 3: Click Subscription/AddOn
 |
Step 4: Select your machine Serial , and click the machine serial
As reference of your machine serial, please check the POS Side - One you Open you will see Enter License Key so that the Machine Serial Will Appear

Step 5: Copy everything inside the box and paste it in the POS Cashiering side

Step 6: Paste it on the POS Side, then click Process
As reference of your machine serial, please check the POS Side

Step 7: Once you paste your license you may now input your credentials in the POS cashiering side
