Grooming Punching
- STEP 1: Open the MOT App.
- Launch the MOT application on your device to start the grooming punching process.

- STEP 2: Log in.
- Enter your admin username and password to access the system.

- STEP 3: Select the name of the groomer.
- From the list, choose the groomer who will perform the service.
 |
- STEP 4: Click Add Item.
- Tap “Add Item” to include a new grooming service.
 |
- STEP 5: Select Category – Grooming.
- Under categories, select “Grooming.”
 |
- STEP 6: Select Type of Grooming.
- Choose the type of grooming service (e.g., Groom Small Dog, Groom Medium Dog).

- STEP 7: Click OK/Back.
- Confirm your selection by clicking “OK” or tap the “Back” button to proceed.

- STEP 8: Click the 3-lined button (Menu).
- Open the menu by tapping the three-line (☰) icon.
 |
- STEP 9: Select Tag Customer.
- From the menu, tap “Tag Customer.”
 |
- STEP 10: Click Tag.
- Choose the customer to tag, then click “Tag” to confirm.

- STEP 11: Click the 3-lined button again.
- Open the menu once more by tapping the three-line icon.

- STEP 12: Click Customer Name/ID.
- Select the customer’s name or ID from the list.
 |
- STEP 13: Click Set.
- Tap “Set” to finalize the customer assignment.
 |
- STEP 14: Click Back Arrow.
- Return to the main grooming transaction page by clicking the back arrow.
 |
- STEP 15: Review Details.
- You should now see the dog’s name and the amount displayed on the screen.
