Restart – Resetting Fuel Dispenser Communication
The Restart button is used to reset and re-establish the connection between the MOT system and the Fuel Dispenser Controller (FDC). This is helpful when the pump data does not update properly or when the system shows a communication error.
⚠️ Important Reminder: Before using the Restart button, it is highly recommended to contact Aftersales first for proper guidance. Restart should only be used when advised, since it directly affects dispenser communication.
⚠️ Note: Restart does not delete or cancel transactions. It only resets the dispenser communication.
- STEP 1: Log in with your credentials. Enter your Account Name and Password.

- STEP 2: Tap the Log In button.

- STEP 3: Tap the OK button.
 |
- STEP 4: Select the table slot with the ongoing transaction.
 |
- STEP 5: Tap the FDC button.
 |
- STEP 6: Tap the Restart button.
This will temporarily disconnect and reconnect the dispenser.

- STEP 7: Wait for the system to re-establish communication.
The dispenser status will reset.
Pumped fuel data will re-sync and appear in the system.
