TABLE NAME GUIDE USING MOBILE ORDER TAKING (MOT)
The customizing Table Names in mobile order-taking helps match the system to a venue’s layout, making it easier for staff to identify and manage orders. This improves accuracy and efficiency, streamlining service and communication.
STEP 1: Go to your Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. | |
STEP 2: Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in to the Mobile Order Taking (MOT) application. | |
STEP 3: Select any available table slot, or tap on the table slot where a customer has already placed an order. | |
STEP 4: Tap the Customize Slot option. | |
STEP 5: The box highlighted in red is where you can customize the name. For example, if TABLE 02 is to be customized for the customer Jane Rose, enter her name here. | |
STEP 6: Once you have customized the name for the customer, tap Save. | |
STEP 7: After saving, the customized name will automatically update. |
