CANCELLING SALES QUOTATION

Quotation cancellation is a process where you invalidate an existing sales quotation, ensuring that it is no longer considered active or valid. This involves marking the quotation as canceled in your POS system or inventory management software, typically to indicate that the quoted terms will not be fulfilled or pursued further. This helps maintain accurate records and prevents any confusion regarding the status of the quotation.

• Step 1 : Log in into your back office
• Select Sales
• Select Sales Quotation Inquiry

• Step 2: Click the highlighted number for Quotation preview
• If you wish to edit your quotation click the pencil icon

• Step 3: Once you open your quotation at the bottom part click Cancel Quotation
• By doing this automatically your quotation will be cancelled.
