Customer Ordering Process


STEP 1: Each BitPOS Tindahan Owner will have their own QR Code for their Accounts

  • Customer will scan this account to see the list of menu's.


STEP 2: Customer can create their account by following this process CLICKBitpos Tindahan Customer Setup

  • Once you already have your own account you may now scan the QR Code to see the digital menu
  • They can tap the Item to add order


STEP 3: To see all the list of items added in your cart you may click view order



STEP 4: To confirm order tap confirm order

  • Select delivery , now you see your Final total Amount including the delivery fee
  • Then Tap YES


STEP 4: Select the payment Method

  • COD (Cash On Delivery)


STEP 4: System Will confirm if Order has been successful
